2) Group participation
Join an EdenLight group, digitally or physically. Training is always at your own pace, with no pressure to perform.

In EdenLight, our core focus is being content with where you are . And who you are.
3) Expansion of training Start with one session a week and gradually expand—up to three per week—based on your needs.
